Brentford FC Chairman visits Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub

Cliff Crown, Brentford FC Chairman, visited the new Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub, which hosts now various community sports programmes and sessions for people from all walks of life.

The new state of the art Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub is now fully operational, hosting a high number of new Brentford FC Community Sports Trust sports sessions. The Trust currently engages with over 1000 participants every week through various community and sports programmes. The Trust’s programmes are delivered from Monday to Saturday for young people and adults aged 18 months to 50+. Brentford FC Community Sports Trust team of qualified and experienced coaches ensures the delivery of high-quality coaching, helping participants engage in a fun and safe environment. All programmes in place currently cover gymnastics, disability and health sessions – there is something for everyone.  

Following the recent and historic Brentford FC Premier League promotion, Cliff Crown Brentford FC Chairman visited the new sports facilities at Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub. The visit accompanied two Brentford FC Community Sports Trustees, Ian Dobie, Chair of Board of Trustees and Marcela Phelan MBE, Education Trustee lead. The facilities located adjacent to Brentford FC news stadium are now fully operational. They will be the home of new community programmes and events, and the Trust looks forward to sharing the news in the upcoming months.
