Classes run Monday nights 18:00-19:00 from 13th May until 15th July 2019, excluding 27th May.
As an introductory offer the first 4 sessions are free of charge, with the last 5 sessions charged at £12.

Fast-paced body conditioning workout method that combines several strength training and high intensity aerobic exercises
These health and fitness classes are open to adults aged 18+ (16+ if accompanied by a parent or carer) who live or work in the London Borough of Hounslow.
