Mental Health Support

With one in four people experiencing a mental health condition at some point in their life, we’re committed to tackling the stigma around mental health. And we believe sport can be a powerful mechanism for overcoming mental health issues.

In partnership with West London Mental Health Trust, our Hounslow Hawks project supports adults with mental health issues through free football sessions.

The scheme won the ‘Best Inclusive Project’ FA Community Award for encouraging participation regardless of age, sex, race or disability, and championing social inclusion schemes within the Hounslow community.
